Unless the management plan says otherwise, the owners' assembly meets every January, and that is where the new year's operating budget is discussed. If you want to include shared-area work such as cameras, barriers or fire detection in the budget, the proposal needs to be ready before the general assembly.

Frequently asked
Do you prepare quotes to present at the general assembly?
Yes. We visit the estate and prepare a proposal with options for the shared areas. We write it in plain language that the management board can present at the general assembly.
Who can view the recordings from shared-area cameras?
Recordings count as personal data. We recommend limiting access to a few authorized people chosen by management, keeping track of who views them and when, and not keeping recordings longer than necessary.
Can we add our old cameras to a new system without replacing them?
In some cases, yes; it depends on the type of the existing cameras and recorder. We check on site and tell you which devices can be used.
