The document will be numbered. Let us get back to you with these details about the site survey and your questions; either phone or email is enough.

  • This document is a preliminary draft. Camera, detector, cable and device quantities are left as placeholders; exact quantities can only be determined after an on-site survey of the building.
  • When you carry out the site survey with Desa Bilişim, we fill in every placeholder in the draft based on your building’s layout plan and use, and prepare the site survey report and the bill of quantities as annexes to the specification.
  • The clauses were written to ensure the work is done right and is not left without an owner afterwards: an on-site survey, an implementation design, test reports, as-built drawings, training and a fault response plan are requirements that can be asked of any contractor.
  • For public institutions: The draft contains no brands or models. The contracting authority decides how certification and qualification requirements are included in the tender documents, in line with Law No. 4734 and related legislation; we recommend reviewing it with your procurement unit before going to tender.
